Niki is the founder of “Coffee and Conversations with Niki” which is a monthly gathering of groups of people in coffee shops around Joburg who are seeking personal growth and desire a fulfilling life. The community of Fulfilment Seekers is growing and will soon be moving to other cities in South Africa.

Mindfulness is gaining traction and has shifted from a “nice to do” to a “must do” with individuals, armies, athletes, top companies and schools making use of this stress reducing, performance enhancing practice.
We live in an “immediate action” culture where we are expected to be switched on and responsive to everything in the moment.
