Nonhlanhla Mahlangu the vocalist and an arranger hails was born and bred in Mpumalanga but now based in Johannesburg.
I started performing at a young age in church but in year 2000 I took my music into a professional level. started by doing studio sessions, Jingles and then stage performances with artists like Sipho Hotstix Mabuse, St Tshepo Tshola, Rike, Zama Jobe, Jimmy Gomez, Dimpie Tshabalala, Ezbie Moilwa, Rudo Jazz band, Olufemi, Mapumba to name but a few.
I’ve been a lead vocalist for the band called Blue Heads that has recorded the music of Gerald Sekoto also a lead vocalist/co-founder Tor soul Tone band that has performed around South Africa and longer African countries. ve spread my wings to other spheres in the entertainment industry.
I have been booked as a master of ceremonies, presented a lifestyle TV show and was an assistant production manager for VIP Productions now known as Zallywood STYLE & GENRE. I sing performs all genres from jazz to dance music. l am a versatile
musician and love to explore other genres from South Africa and a broad. Taiso sing in various languages such as English, Zulu, Sotho, Tswana, French, Euroba, Xhosa, Swahili and Shona.
